The Physicality of Bubble Soccer

The balls are designed to protect your body from the harmful hits in contact sports. Every part of your body is in the ball except for your legs. Your head should never be sticking outside the top of the ball. If it is you need to lift the ball up more and tighten the shoulder straps.
